The Roof Top level is pretty much complete. Things will most likely need to be reworked once we have it up and running. Here are a few items to behold. A vertical piece of duct work, a purple railing, and a bush. Incredible, right? Not so much...? They won't look as blurry in the game.
I worked on Jagger's first animation. Even with Gil's block, damage will still be dealt. There is some weight behind that punch. Just look at that hulking arm swing!
Upcoming Planning Phases: 1. Finish the 4th level (actually, I almost have all the assets completed to put the level together). 2. I sketched out the final level. Once I put the ending touches to the previous level, then I can take my mouse and GIMP program and begin clicking away. The final level will have a few more platform elements entwined.
3. Hammer away at the remaining enemy animations. 4. In between it all, I will begin chiseling out another "so-called" hero in case 2 player co-op becomes a reality.
5. Test out the gameplay as it is coded and pick the right grooves that will provide a great compliment of a beat down. Then, sound effects will be integrated.
6. Cut Scenes will be hashed out. All the dialog has been wrote out. The opening cut scene is done. Along with that, I need to redo the logo on the main screen. It's alright for now, but I think I can do one that has more "POP" appeal.
Down below is the register you would make your transaction at in order to get that sweet blissful sugary goodness. If you look close enough, you can see a gumball dispenser. Oh what I would give for a penny. Actually, that gum loses its flavor rather quickly. I think I'll pass.
